Management structure

An efficient governance structure is important for the success of the project.
The objectives of project management are as follows :

  1. Meeting the objectives of the project within the agreed budget and timeframe,
  2. Ensuring project compliance with EC rules,
  3. Coordinating project activities and ensuring effective internal communication
  4. Monitoring of the scientific and technical progress of the entire project, by means of the supervision of the achieved milestones and other non-technical aspects,
  5. Carrying out quality control of the work performed and of deliverables,
  6. Identifying risks or conflict situations and resolving them,
  7. Setting up an organisation to support the above objectives.

A Consortium Agreement (CA) setting the principles of Consortium management will be prepared and signed by all participating members during the first month, after having finalized the contract negotiations with the Commission. The CA is not in contradiction to the terms of the Grant Agreement and its annexes.
